All items are custom handmade products especially made for you that are made to order, meaning there isn't a back stock and are being made when you order; we have a strict no return policy for misspelling on order forms given to us. Please double check spelling of names before you finish your checkout process.  

If an error was made on our end with spelling, we will correct it for you as soon as possible.

Due to covid-19 and possible variants, we will not be accepting exchanges on clothing articles; please see sizing guides to insure correct sizes are being purchased. Also due to covid-19 and possible variants, there are no exchanges or returns of tumblers or masks. 

All sales are considered final sales and cannot be returned. 

We use UPS and USPS ground for shipping to be able to ensure packages arrive in a timely manner and safely; if a package is not received, we will work together with UPS and USPS to insure you do receive your item. If you do have any issues with shipping, please contact us directly.
